I found this particularly funny, given the scene I just finished writing, in which she wore something that’s about as different from this outfit as an outfit can possibly be:

I think it would be awesome if someone decided to turn RAMPANT into a comic book, though. Or even if this were the cover of RAMPANT.

So, are you procrastinating or are these rewards for jobs well done? :)

Not bad, but I think it might look better with thigh-high boots. One boot would have built-in sheaths for a dagger or two, and the other would have a quiver of bolts for the crossbow.

Thigh high boots were not an option. Plus, the bolts would hinder her running, and her dagger is not the sort tha can be slipped into a boot.

Still, the outfit does have a certain Emma Peel-ish look to it.

So, I know this is totally off topic, but I just had to post that I have just finished re-reading all three SSG books in anticipation of T&G. I was supposed to read them more slowly this time so it would take me all the way up to the release date for T&G. No such luck. Even the *whatever* time around this was, I couldn’t put them down. Now I’m stuck waiting yet again for the release. Hurry May 19!! :o )

I hope you aren’t planning on running another limerick contest with RAMPANT. My T&G linerick may have been somewhat inspired (read my LJ for the full story), but I deon’t know if the muse of linericks will be that cooperative again.
