Nobody uses more butter than Paula Dean on the Food Network. I have a couple recipes that feature Coke, Mountain Dew, etc. My mom makes a Mountain Dew Cake — super delicious!

Thanks for sharing her website. A friend of mine uses her recipes all the time, but I could never remember the website. Now I need pot roast and apple dumplings for dinner.

I think Spring is going to tease us for a bit longer. I’m in TN, and it is very sunny right now, but very cold still.

Ha ha! Funny you should say that as I felt exactly the same way when I woke up this morning. I woke up to wonderful, delightful SUNSHINE this morning for a change, and for one second was fooled into thinking I’d finally woken up from this nightmare called winter. And then I remebered reading the forecast just before going to bed: high of -18C.
