Should they be ashamed because they sold it for $61 or because they sold it at all? I think that’s the real question here.

Seriously? Someone sold an ARC that they probably got FOR FREE from the publisher for $61?!?!?!!?!?
I’m both incredibly impressed (by the final price) and incredibly disgusted (by the greedy business sense).
