(Everyone keep Annie in your thoughts today.)
So on top of the new house, the new puppy, and the new title, there’s even more new news. No, not a new contract (but wouldn’t that be nice? Maybe soon…) Instead, we have some new author photos, taken by amazing photographer Guarina Lopez on the National Mall:

And then some variety, as needed (full body shots, different “moods,” etc.):

This one is my father’s favorite:

I really wanted a variety with this set of author photos, as well as some outdoor, colorful shots, since I already have my studio black from the last set (photographed by amazing photographer, Tara Kearney). I chose the memorial to evoke the Roman setting in Rampant. I think this one would be perfect if I were only holding a bow:

I love, love, LOVE the last two, but they are all gorgeous. You give credit to the photographer, who is brilliant, I concur…but the model also has something to do with it!
Beautiful!!!

LOVE the pix, especially the first one. Something so Buffy about it, in the best possible way.

What great pics. You’ve always been so photogenic.
I love the one your father likes best.

The pics are great! I love them all, but the first one is really cool. It’s something about your eyes, are they holding a secret or perhaps a warning…not sure, but I love it. (Not a secret as you are holding one, but as in the book)

Thanks, guys! Phyllis, Buffy is a good thing, especially because it will be on the cover of a Buffy-esque book.
Leah, thanks, I did get them. All that red hair!

They’re great, Diana. The blue top makes your eyes go “Pow!!”

Hey! You’re cute. I think you should have a claymore, not a bow.

What fabulous photos! They’re all good, although I think that first one is particularly fantastic. And maybe you shouldn’t have a bow. Maybe you should have guys fanning you with palm leaves and feading you grapes. Just a thought.

Fabulous photos. Did you do your own eye-makeup? It’s fabulous, too.
