The scene in the restaurant reminds me of the lobster restaurant throwdown in Summer Rental with John Candy. Classic.

But I do sincerely feel bad for Diana’s tooth and sore foot (not to mention the traffic mishaps), so that has to count for something.

Oh man, this screams to be turned into a screenplay. Hey, at least you have great material to milk for story telling value. But seriously, hope your mysterious foot injury heals rapidly, that your tooth is no longer snaggly, and that you’ve successfully decompressed from the restaurant hell and all that damn traffic.

And bonus points for using one of my favorite words in your post: skank. And does it make me awful that I like that the restaurant manager cried?
