1. Killer unicorns.
2. France (see #1)
3. Ireland (no relation to #1 or #2)
4. Figuring out the correct usage of “each other” versus “one another” because according to Tap & Gown copyedits, I never, ever, ever get it right.
5. How I Met Your Mother. Seriously, it’s become comfort food in our house, We watch it all the time.
6. Figuring out what else I can make with my food processor.
7. This animation. I miss World of Warcraft, which I haven’t played since August and which I now can’t play on my computer, because I don’t have enough space to download the patches, let alone upgrade to Wrath of the Lich King. Also, this story utterly rocks! Oh, would that I had the power to create visual art as gorgeous as this…or, you know, at all.

8. The Steampunk Home blog. Covet.
9. The trailer for 9 (not to be confused with The Nine, which is so different!) Steampunk and featuring my very favorite Rock Band tune!
10. Watching the Tap & Gown speculations pile up. Because I’m evil. Mwahahaha.

I agree with #5, HIMYM is one of my favorite shows but over the holidays I didn’t keep up with it. Last night I caught up and two things that were awesome about the last episode (Little Minnesota) 1. Ted’s sister’s name is Heather. I love it when I meet someone with the same name as me. 2. The Minnesota bar, it reminds me of all of the Pittsburgh bars I have been to around the country. It’s nice to know that you can find a little bit of home wherever you go.

It’s freaky how many things on this list are things I’m obsessed with. Try using the food processor to cut potatoes into thin slices and in a deep frying pan make homemade potato chips. So good!
I’ve been obsessing over 7, 8, and 9 for a while. My boyfriend found 7 and I swear I’ve watched the thing dozens of times now. It’s amazing what they’ve done with the WoW models.

My food processor made GREAT salsa, until I knocked it off the counter onto the floor-and killed it.

Re: food processor. My boyfriend makes amazing gazpacho. During the holidays, we made mixed up latke batter in the food processor. On New Year’s Day, we pureed tomato sauce for homemade pizza in the food processor. And my boyfriend’s mother swears by doing all of her mixing for baking in the food processor–she just dumps all the ingredients in and pulses it for a bit. This really works for your Spicy Molasses Cookies, which, by the way, disappeared in two days after I made a double batch.

Tiff, we used the FP for the molasses cookies too. So quick!

Tim Burton’s new movie looks to be great! And I’ve got to say, I’m one of those that loves a happy ending where the guy gets the girl. But I’m thinking, like Alexa, that Amy’s happy ending won’t be traditional, but hopeful, so that in each reader’s own mind we can give her the ending we want.

I am also obsessed with How I Met Your Mother. I started watching it about three weeks or so ago, and completely fell in love with it!

I’ve been missing WoW, too. But we can’t afford the subscription and I wouldn’t have any time to play even if we could. When I did play, I knew lots of moms who played as well. Now I wonder how they made the time…
