Bear with my puppy-oriented posts.

Rio likes ice cubes:

Also, the sock monkey our new neighbors got her:

She is not, however, that into baths. Here is her first one:

Well, she might not think she looks good here, but I was dying of cuteness poisoning. And here she is resenting me afterwards:

But all is forgiven after a round of tennis:

Mmmmmmm, yummy yummy tennis balls!

That’s my girl!

Yes, still the fluffiest and cutest! I think my favorite is the little dot of white at the end of her tail! And that pic in the sink is just WAY too sad :( I wish I could just grab her and cuddle her!!

  2. Helenkay Dimon says:

I can’t believe how cute she is. I just want to squeeze her.

She is absolutely darling! (I just hope she’s better behaved than my absolutely darling kittens, who are Pure Evil!)

Oohh!! Granite counters and hardwood floors! Love the new house! Dog is cute, too!

  7. Diana says:

I know, Patrick, I really should be doing more house posts. It’s just…. covered in boxes right now. And the house will look the same for a while. The puppy is only a puppy for a bit!

But I’m glad I have you to watch for house details. How’s yours coming along?

    Too adorable for words!

My house has been at a stand still. Apparently you can’t pour concrete driveways in a tropical storm. Who knew? Then the town driveway inspector went on vacation. :(

My new move date is Sept 6th.

I am now packing like mad! Similarly, finding books everywhere. Just when I think I have all the books packed I find another one.

I won’t be getting a puppy shortly after I move in though. Not even if it was as cute as Rio. :)

  14. Annie says:

Still adorable! I don’t know how you and SB get anything done as I’d be distracted by her cuteness 24-7.

  15. Tracy Madison says:

She’s beautiful! Like a teddy bear come to life, only cuddlier. After looking at the pictures of her, I was curious what she’d look like full grown, so I went searching, and found this: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/dogs/i/nova_scotia_duck_tolling_retriever.jpg. What an absolutely gorgeous dog!

  16. Vicki says:

Just remember that chocolate is poisonous to dogs. (That just leave more for you anyway, right?)
